1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/advanced-tabs-block` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Simply go to Gutenberg Block Editor and you will find a new category with a new Block named "Advanced Tabs Block"
4. Drag and drop to use it.
